The minute you arrive at the restaurant, you are fully immersed in the Château: exposed stonework, careful lighting, vaults, stone stairs… in addition to the picturesque decor, our chef and his entire brigade offer traditional gourmet cuisine, generously promoting nature’s bountiful produce.
Indeed, nature and well-being are the key words of the Domaine de Valinches. We therefore give priority to the use of local produce brought through direct sales, to guarantee you genuine cooking that respects ingredients.
A great fan of taste, our chef offers a simple, creative menu that constantly changes according to seasonality, inviting you on a culinary journey according to his desires.
Our magnificent cellar also offers its wines and champagnes specially selected by our teams to help you discover a wide range of local, regional or world wines.
For a lunch, dinner or tasting, whether you come in a group, as an individual, as a family or for a professional meeting, our team will be happy to help you organize a culinary break.
