Accessibility
The hotel offers two rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility and provides shower stools upon request at reception. 
Pets
Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome at the hotel (supplement of €18) and in the restaurant, subject to good behaviour. They must be kept on a leash at all times.
If needed, waste bags are available at reception.
Safe*
An electronic safe is available in your room wardrobe. Simply enter your 4-digit code before closing the door and confirm it.
Heating / Cooling
Heating and cooling are provided by geothermal energy. The mode (heating or cooling) is centrally controlled and is the same throughout the property.
To avoid system disruption, please do not adjust any other controls.
Waste Sorting
Respect for the environment is essential for everyone’s well-being. Recycling bins are available in the rooms.
Iron / Adapters / Baby Cot
These are available free of charge upon request at reception. Baby cots must be reserved in advance.
Towels
During your stay, if you would like your towel to be replaced, please leave it in the shower tray. If you wish to reuse it, please hang it on the towel rail.
Extra Pillows / Blankets
Blankets are available in your room wardrobe. If you need extra pillows, please contact reception.
Toiletries
Complimentary toiletries are provided in your bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap). If needed, additional amenity kits are available at reception (toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, cotton pads, sewing kit, comb, sanitary products).

A courtesy tray is available in your room.
Housekeeping Service
Rooms are serviced daily, and bed linen is changed every 3 days. If you do not wish to have housekeeping service, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door.

Your room is equipped with a smart TV. You can log in to your favourite apps using your personal credentials.
In the “Cast” menu, you can scan the QR code on the screen and stream content from your phone to the TV.

The Domaine offers free Wi-Fi access.
