You Can Also Help

Here are a few eco-friendly actions to help us preserve the environment:

Water
Water is a precious resource. By using it responsibly, you help preserve it.
• Inform housekeeping if you wish to reuse your towels or avoid changing your bed linen
• Report any water leaks to reception
• Avoid letting water run unnecessarily (e.g. while brushing your teeth or soaping in the shower)

Energy
By reducing electricity consumption, you help preserve natural resources. Simple actions include:
• Reduce heating or cooling levels
• Turn off lights when leaving the room
• Close windows when heating or air conditioning is on
• Maintain a reasonable room temperature (around 20–22°C in winter and 25–26°C in summer)
• Unplug electrical devices when not in use

Waste
Reducing and properly sorting waste helps fight air, soil, and water pollution.
• At the breakfast buffet, serve yourself reasonably to avoid food waste
• Remember to sort your waste: recycling bins are available in rooms and lounges
• Drop off used batteries at reception

Biodiversity Protection
By protecting biodiversity, we help maintain natural balance. We invite you to support the estate’s actions:
• Enjoy the surrounding flora while protecting it: do not pick flowers or plants
• Do not touch or feed animals you may encounter on the estate
• Dispose of cigarette butts in the designated ashtray
